Cancellation Policy | Please Read Before Sending In Your Request
‍I understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require that you notify me at least 48 HOURS in advance. This helps protect my time and my clients so that I can continue to deliver upon my promise of exceptional service.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments with less than48 HOUR notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% OF SERVICE PRICE. Missed appointments (NO-SHOWS) will be charged 100% OF SERVICE PRICE. THIS FEE IS Non-refundable and CAN NOT be put towards any future service.

I understand you have a busy schedule and allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will be charged 100% of your service.

Please Note
- Some appointments require extra time and preparation to accommodate. Appointments that are very time-sensitive and/or require materials to be specially purchased for the service (such as but not limited to, hair extensions, multi process color, color correction, etc) may require a deposit upon booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48HOUR NOTICE or NO-SHOW, you forfeit deposit and a new deposit must be made to reschedule
- Salon is Closed Sunday's and Monday's
