Cancellation Policy | Please Read Before Sending In Your Request
‍• If you forget to cancel your appointment without notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time

• As a courtesy, all of our appointments are confirmed 72 hours In advance
‍
• A deposit of $75 is required to reserve all Balayage appointments
‍
• We have a 72-hour cancellation policy
‍
• Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in A forfeit of your deposit

• If you need to reschedule your deposit can be transferred to your first rescheduled date if rescheduled within the 72hrs cancellation period. Deposits CANNOT be transferred if you need to reschedule for a 2nd time.

• Appointments rescheduled twice consecutively will incur a $75 rescheduling fee.

• The 72 hour cancellation policy applies for any future and continued appointments. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a $75 rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee will not be credited towards your service
